Dr. Ankur Kothari is a highly skilled Pediatric Intensivist and Pediatric Nephrologist with extensive experience in managing critically ill children.
His journey in healthcare began with completing his MBBS and DCH at M.P. Shah Medical College, Jamnagar, followed by a DNB in Pediatrics. He began his career as a Pediatric Intensivist and Neonatologist and is now one of the senior Pediatric Intensivists in the city. As one of the directors at Apple Children Hospital, Dr. Ankur Kothari has had the privilege of contributing to the care and well-being of countless children.
Driven by a passion for specialized care, Dr. Ankur Kothari pursued a Fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology at St. John’s Medical College Hospital, Bangalore. During this fellowship, he gained expertise in renal replacement therapies, including CRRT, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and plasmapheresis. His specialized training is complemented by his proficiency in ventilator care, critical care monitoring, central line insertion, and pneumothorax drainage, allowing him to provide comprehensive, holistic care to children in need.
